Swarup Choudhury has joined Amrop India as a Partner in Mumbai.
Job Voorhoeve has joined Amrop as a Partner in Amsterdam.
Maura Nobili has joined Amrop D&G as a Partner in Milan.
Nadia Furfaro has joined Amrop D&G as a Partner in Rome.

Swarup Choudhury joins Amrop India from his previous role as Vice President, Growth Markets for IBM, leading the seven emerging regions of Greater China, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, CEEMEA, Latin America & India South Asia. Prior to this he served on IBM’s global strategy team in the Chairman's office in New York. Swarup started his career at Morgan Stanley in India and later moved to HSBC where he was the head of Investment Banking. He was a key driver in building the foundation of the Indian Merchant Banking business and the development of capital markets. Swarup has been a motivational force for launching the people with disability program in Asean / South Asia. He is a member of Amrop’s Financial Services, Technology & Media and Professional Services Practices.

Job Voorhoeve started his career in the Professional Services and IT industry where he placed top talent for blue chip companies. He later joined Deloitte, where he held several key talent executive positions, including Recruitment Director EMEA and Global Director of Mobility as well as being a member of the global Talent Executive Management team. Job served on the Advisory Committee for Management Education for INSEAD and is Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of the NVP, the Dutch Professional HR association. Job is a member of Amrop’s Professional Services and Technology & Media Practices.

Maura Nobili joins Amrop in Milan with more than 20 years experience in executive search. After an early career living and working in the UK, Egypt and Norway, Maura returned to Italy as Research Director in Korn Ferry. More recently, as Senior Client Partner and member of Korn Ferry’s European Consumer & Retail Practice, she managed Executive Search assignments mainly in the Food, Luxury Goods, Fashion and Retail markets. In addition, Maura was Regional and Global Key Account Manager for several important clients. Maura brings a strong global profile and deep experience in executive search processes.

Nadia Furfaro joins Amrop from her previous role as Group Human Resources Director at GruppoCoin, a large Italian retail company. Nadia has held senior HR positions at Alitalia, Danone Group and Playtex Europe. She then became Group Human Resources Director in luxury and fashion companies with worldwide responsibility, first at Fendi and then at Salvatore Ferragamo. A trained psychologist, Nadia has carried out large-scale organizational and redesign projects, training & development plans and an important number of executive research projects.
